Cookieless analytics
Page views are counted with Rybbit, an open-source analytics tool running on a server we operate ourselves, hosted at netcup GmbH in Germany under a processing agreement. It sets no cookie and stores no persistent identifier: a visit is attributed through a hash whose salt is replaced every day, so nobody is recognized from one day to the next. Your request reaches that server through this domain, which is why your IP address is forwarded to it: it is used briefly to derive a country and a region, and is not stored. The counts themselves are kept for as long as the site runs - once the salt has rotated they lead back to nobody. There is no tag manager, no pixel and no A/B testing.
What is stored in your browser
One thing: the light or dark theme you picked, kept in localStorage on your device. It is never sent anywhere, and no cookie is set.
No third parties
Every asset - fonts, styles, scripts, images - is served from this domain. No advertising network, no analytics company and no external font service learns that you were here.
Server logs
The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like any web server, Cloudflare processes the technical data needed to deliver a page: IP address, requested URL, user agent, timestamp. These logs are kept for a short period for security and abuse prevention and are not used to build a profile. Cloudflare acts as a processor under a data processing agreement; its parent company is in the United States, so a transfer there cannot be ruled out and is covered by the standard contractual clauses that agreement carries. What Cloudflare does with the data on its own account is described in the Cloudflare privacy policy.
Legal basis, and why there is no banner
The server logs and the reach measurement above rest on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR: the legitimate interest in delivering this site safely and in knowing roughly how it is used. No consent is asked for because none is needed - nothing is read from or written to your device for the measurement, which is what § 25(2) TDDDG turns on, and the one entry that is written, your theme, is the setting you clicked yourself.
Your rights
You can ask what is stored about you (Art. 15 GDPR), have it corrected (Art. 16), erased (Art. 17) or restricted (Art. 18), object to processing based on legitimate interest (Art. 21), and receive your data in a portable form (Art. 20). A mail to the address above is enough - though a cookieless visit usually cannot be tied to you at all, which is the point of it. You can also complain to a supervisory authority (Art. 77); ours is the Bavarian Data Protection Authority in Ansbach. There is no automated decision-making and no profiling.

The tool itself
GitOne, the command-line tool this site describes, runs entirely on your machine. It has no telemetry, no account, no update check and no network access of its own. It contacts exactly the Git remotes you configured yourself, using your own Git credentials.
